2Contra1, Rock de Costa Rica
2contra1 es una excelente banda de Costa Rica formada a finales del 2002, como un proyecto tipo “All Star” de integrantes de algunas bandas de punk-rock locales. Los conozco ya desde hace un poco más de un año por medio de myspace -son divertidos en el chat-, su música me ha parecido muy original y fresca, por lo que no me extraña que estén teniendo una muy buena respuesta del público, especialmente del Mexicano ahora en su primera visita en el Foro Alicia aquí en el D.F.
Para 2contra1 el año 2004 fué de cosechas, ya que comenzaron a tocarlos en la radio con varios sencillos y un cover de “tu y yo somos uno mismo” el cual suena hasta mejor que mi querida versión ochentera de Timbiriche, y creo que hasta ahora su mejor temporada ha sido en el 2006 que comenzaron a sonar en radios IP y FM de algunos paises de América Latina y que Dikies (una marca de ropa) los patrocine.
En su gira por Mexico tocaron un buen concierto en el foro Alicia alternando con la banda Ellinoise (punk-rock) donde presentaron su cd “Supositorios de Adrenalina” y vendrán de nuevo en Mayo de nuevo al Foro Ailicia a estrenar también nuevo material.
