Hasta ahora el iPod se ha mantenido a la cabeza de los reproductores de audio y video portátil con capacidades que a algunos causa mareos, a otros no es aún suficiente, Microsoft anuncia su reproductor Zune.
Para muchos de nosotros no sólo es horrible el color marrón que eligieron, también es terrible la incopatibilidad que tiene con el Windows Media Player, no puedes tocar todos los mp3 que tienes y además te obliga a comprar todo en la tienda de Microsoft. Inclusive han intentado que la comunidad de Software Libre lo haga funcionar en Linux con tal de que sus ventas aumenten y evitar la plataforma DRM que Microsoft aplica en el Zune.
Ahora me encuentro con esta sorpresa que parecen muy exageradas y tontas como parte de la garantía del Zune: La garantía no cubre actos divinos. ¿Podría Dios querer dañar el Zune? Al parecer ellos piensan que si y es que nuestros vecinos del norte se las gastan con las demandas porque un acto de Dios es “Act of God or act of nature is a legal term for events outside of human control, such as sudden floods or other natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible.”
Por eso siempre es bueno leer la garantía y por si las dudas ya cargué música sacra por si a Dios se le ocurriera incluir a mi mp3 Player dentro de su inescrutable designio.
